Fish and Chip Batter recipe

1 c. self-rising flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. oil
1 egg, separated
3/4 c. warm water

Sift flour. Separate egg and beat egg white. Beat with mixer and add egg white last. Deep fry or pan fry in oil.
